Didn’t receive a transfer from Tonkeeper. What should I do?
The 'Sent' status in transaction history confirms that your transfer from Tonkeeper was successfully completed. If you haven’t received the transfer despite this status, we recommend contacting the service support team associated with the recipient's address for more details about your transaction.
However, it’s important to know that if you sent coins to an exchange but didn’t include a memo (also known as a tag or note) in the transaction, the exchange won’t credit your transfer. Since the memo acts as your unique identifier, the exchange cannot determine who the transfer belongs to without it. In this case, you’ll need to reach out to the exchange’s support team, as we cannot cancel or modify transactions once they’ve been sent.
