What does the 'Failed' status mean?
The 'Failed' status appears when a transaction isn’t confirmed on the blockchain, most often due to insufficient TON or battery charges to cover the network fee. In this case, TON or tokens remain in the wallet; only the network fee is deducted for each attempt.
To ensure a successful transaction, make sure you're using the latest version of Tonkeeper and that your wallet contains at least:
- 0.1 TON (~30 Battery charges) – to send tokens
- 0.3 TON (~90 Battery charges) – to swap TON or other tokens
- 0.1 TON (~10 Battery charges) – to send NFTs
- 150–350 Battery charges — to send USDT (TRC20)
