What does the 'Failed' status mean?
The 'Failed' status is assigned to transactions that were not confirmed on the blockchain. This usually happens due to insufficient TON or Battery charges to cover the network fee. In the case of a failed transaction, TON or tokens remain in your wallet, but a network fee is deducted for the attempt.
For a transaction to go through successfully, make sure you're using the latest version of Tonkeeper and that your wallet has:
- 0.1 TON (~10 battery charges) for sending TON or tokens.
- 0.2 TON (~30 battery charges) for sending HMSTR.
- 0.3 TON (~50 battery charges) for swapping TON or tokens.
- 0.5 TON (~120 battery charges) for swapping HMSTR.
- 0.1 TON (~5 battery charges) for sending NFTs.
