Didn’t receive a deposit to Tonkeeper. What should I do?

If you don’t see a deposit in Tonkeeper, please check the following:

  1. Make sure the transaction was actually sent and is visible in a blockchain explorer.
  2. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but the tokens haven’t appeared, check that you’re using the latest version of the Tonkeeper app.
  3. If you’re using Android, make sure Safe Mode is turned off (Settings > Security), as tokens marked as 'Unverified' may not be displayed while it’s enabled.
