Didn’t receive a deposit to Tonkeeper. What should I do?

If you transferred tokens or TON to your Tonkeeper wallet but the deposit hasn’t been credited after a long time, it’s important to make sure that the transfer was actually sent and can be tracked in a blockchain explorer.

If your deposit is confirmed in the blockchain but still doesn’t appear in Tonkeeper, make sure to update the app. An outdated version may not display your TON or tokens in the wallet balance.
