Didn’t receive a deposit to Tonkeeper. What should I do?
If you don’t see a deposit in Tonkeeper, please check the following:
- Make sure the transaction was actually sent and is visible in a blockchain explorer.
- If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but the tokens haven’t appeared, check that you’re using the latest version of the Tonkeeper app.
- If you’re using Android, make sure Safe Mode is turned off (Settings > Security), as tokens marked as 'Unverified' may not be displayed while it’s enabled.
