What if I can't receive TON on the exchnage?

When depositing coins on exchanges, it's important to include a Tag/Memo/Comment in the Comment box before signing a transaction. It allows the exchange to identify you and transfer the funds to your account. You can find the Memo/Tag on the exchange along with the wallet address for the deposit. Remember that transactions on the blockchain cannot be canceled, so be careful when entering information in Comment. If you make a mistake, you must contact the exchange's support team to request a refund or complete the transfer.
