Can I cancel the transaction?

In blockchain, the principle of irreversibility applies. Once your transaction is recorded in a block, it cannot be altered. Only the wallet owner can manage crypto assets if they reach the recipient's address.

The Tonkeeper team cannot change a false transfer, so we recommend that all users directly contact the receiving service about the possibility of a refund.
