The blockchain operates on the principle of irreversibility: once you confirm a transaction, the information is recorded in a block and cannot be changed. This is why it is impossible to cancel a transaction, and we cannot assist you if you made an erroneous transaction.

Only the recipient can return the crypto assets. If you know who the recipient's address belongs to, we recommend checking the possibility of a refund directly with them or the service's support team.
